David has been involved with Fire Logbooks since returning from London in 2018 to continue the legacy started by his father, Alistair Munro. Today, he leads Fire Logbooks Australia with a clear focus on simplifying fire safety compliance through innovation and strong client support. Under his direction, the business continues to evolve – blending tradition with technology to meet the needs of a modern industry.

Laura is often the first point of contact for our clients – whether it’s a phone call or email enquiry, she’s there to help from the very start. As well as coordinating orders and providing support, she keeps internal operations running smoothly behind the scenes. With her friendly and approachable manner, Laura makes sure the client experience is personal and professional every step of the way.

Lucy is the friendly face behind the scenes, bringing calm and structure to everything she does. She takes care of the day-to-day administration and keeps our records perfectly in order. With her meticulous approach, Lucy makes sure every i is dotted and every t is crossed. Her talent for creating clear processes and ensuring they’re followed keeps the team on track, the business running smoothly, and nothing slipping through the cracks. 

Doug is an experienced fire protection professional with more than 20 years in the Australian construction and fire protection industry. Specialising in fire door sets, passive fire protection, compliance, and certification, Doug helps building owners, contractors, and fire protection companies meet the requirements of Australian Standards AS 1905 and AS 1851 routine inspection and servicing.

As a qualified Fire Protection Inspector and Certifier (QBCC Licensed), Doug combines technical expertise with practical industry experience to deliver compliant, practical solutions. He is passionate about simplifying compliance and helping organisations protect people, property, and assets through effective fire safety management.
